Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all registered and unregistered visitors of sgp4d and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and sgp4d relating to platform use. sgp4d reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; the most current version will always be accessible via this page. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document:

To be eligible to open and maintain an sgp4d Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
2. You are using the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
3. You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
4. You have not previously been excluded from sgp4d or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or agent of sgp4d, nor an immediate family member of such an individual.
6. You understand and accept that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of sgp4d is lawful under the laws applicable to you.
7. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

sgp4d targets users who are comfortable reading and transacting in English and who use Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) as their primary currency. The Platform is designed with the Indonesian market in mind and accepts IDR deposits and withdrawals through major Indonesian banks and e-wallets. However, sgp4d does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful under Indonesian national law, and Users access the Platform at their own risk and legal responsibility.

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on sgp4d at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document
• A valid, active email address that you personally control
• A valid Indonesian mobile number
• Your date of birth (must confirm you are 21 or older)
• A secure, unique password that you do not use on any other platform

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. sgp4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact sgp4d support immediately. sgp4d accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

sgp4d reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, sgp4d will provide notice where possible but is not obligated to give reasons.

sgp4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to fulfil its anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering, and age-verification obligations. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal, upon reaching specified deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time at sgp4d's discretion.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence — must show your full name, photograph, and date of birth clearly.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and current residential address, dated within 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used to deposit, confirming the account is registered in your name.
• Source of Funds Declaration: Where deposit volumes warrant, sgp4d may request a written explanation of the origin of funds.

Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent documents to sgp4d is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

All transactions on sgp4d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by sgp4d; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.

Deposits

sgp4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within 5 to 15 minutes of successful bank confirmation, depending on your payment method and your bank's processing schedule. Deposits made outside of Indonesian bank operating hours may experience minor delays.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, in order to maintain financial audit compliance. Withdrawals to a bank account or e-wallet not registered in your own name will not be processed. sgp4d targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7); during peak periods such as BRI Liga 1 match evenings and the Idul Fitri holiday period, processing may take up to 60 minutes.

• You may only withdraw funds to an account or e-wallet registered in your legal name.
• Any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted (see Clause 6).
• sgp4d reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior KYC status.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, sgp4d will notify the User and may freeze the Account pending investigation.

sgp4d may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. One bonus per player per promotion period. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through a single or multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
2. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x" means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount).
3. Game weighting: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%–20%; slots typically contribute 100%; sports bets contribute 100% of stakes placed at odds of 1.50 or greater. Specific game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
4. Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion (typically 7–30 days from issuance). Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account automatically.
5. Maximum bet restriction: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum single bet or spin is Rp 100.000 unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
6. sgp4d reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or discontinue any bonus at any time without prior notice.

The rules governing each individual game or betting market available on sgp4d — including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures), live casino (baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, blackjack), togel draw markets, poker tournaments, Bandar Ceme tables, slot games, and e-sports markets — are published within the relevant game interface or help section. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms by reference.

In the event of a software malfunction, connectivity failure, or technical error during a game round, sgp4d's gaming system logs constitute the definitive record. sgp4d is not liable for losses attributable to a User's device failure, internet disconnection, or third-party infrastructure issues. If a malfunction occurs on sgp4d's own servers, the affected game round will be voided and any stakes returned to the User's Account Balance.

sgp4d operates on a real-money basis only. There are no free-play modes on the live casino or sportsbook for registered users. Demo modes may be available for certain slot games for account-holders only and carry no real monetary value.

sgp4d is committed to providing a safe, controlled gambling environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, which take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a given period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out. Enable on-screen reminders at configurable intervals during play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (cooling-off) period of 1 day to 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible; sgp4d will not reinstate a permanently excluded Account under any circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sgp4d and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

1. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on sgp4d.
2. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with sgp4d.
3. Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in games, to place bets, or to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
5. Colluding with other Users in poker, card games, or any multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
6. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions — whether on sgp4d's platform or within a third-party game. Any winnings resulting from a known technical exploit will be voided.
7. Engaging in "gnoming" (using a third party's Account to circumvent self-exclusion or Account restrictions).
8. Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward sgp4d staff or other Users via the live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
9. Attempting to hack, probe, scan, or otherwise attack sgp4d's technical infrastructure.
10. Placing bets on behalf of another person, including by accepting funds from a third party to wager on their behalf.

All content on sgp4d — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software interfaces, and game content — is the intellectual property of sgp4d or its licensed content providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of sgp4d's content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sgp4d, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform
• Losses attributable to third-party game malfunctions
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party infrastructure outages

sgp4d's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim event.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits sgp4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

sgp4d's collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data is governed by the sgp4d Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: sgp4d collects personal data necessary to operate your Account (name, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history), uses that data only for the purposes of service delivery, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of the Platform, and does not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law or for the purposes of payment processing and KYC verification.

sgp4d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sgp4d will notify registered Users via email and/or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an amendment is required urgently for security, legal, or regulatory reasons — in which case it may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of sgp4d after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting sgp4d support. Any Account Balance remaining at the time of closure, subject to KYC verification and no outstanding wagering requirements, will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the offshore jurisdiction in which sgp4d holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the User's country of residence.

sgp4d operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. Users access the Platform at their own risk and acknowledge their sole responsibility for complying with any laws applicable to online gambling in their country of residence. sgp4d does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
